Honkai Star Rail Sampo kit, all Skills, Traces, & Eidolons

Sampo Koski is perhaps the most suspicious of Honkai: Star Rail's massive cast of characters, with his penchant for scamming innocent folks at Belobog and even communicating with players by breaking the fourth wall. Regardless, I think that he has an interesting kit that makes use of his debuff ability to deal DoT.

Sampo's Skills in Honkai Star Rail

Basic ATK - Dazzling Blades

Deals Wind DMG equal to 50 to 130 percent of Sampo's ATK to a single enemy.

Skill - Ricochet Love

Deals Wind DMG equal to 28 to 70 percent of Sampo's ATK to a single enemy, and further deals DMG for four extra time(s), with each time dealing Wind DMG equal to 28 to 70 percent of Sampo's ATK to a random enemy.

Ultimate - Surprise Present

Talent - Windtorn Dagger

Sampo's attacks have a 65 percent base chance to inflict Wind Shear for three turn(s). Enemies inflicted with Wind Shear will take Wind DoT equal to 20 to 65 percent of Sampo's ATK at the beginning of each turn. Wind Shear can stack up to five time(s).

Technique - Shining Bright

After Sampo uses Technique, enemies in a set area are inflicted with Blind for 10 second(s). Blinded enemies cannot detect your team. When initiating combat against a Blinded enemy, there is a 100 percent fixed chance to delay all enemies' action by 25 percent.

• Trap: Extends the duration of Wind Shear caused by Talent by one turn(s).
  • Stat Bonus one: Effect Hit Rate increases by 4 percent.

• Defensive Position: Using Ultimate additionally regenerates 10 Energy.
  • Stat Bonus one: ATK increases by 6 percent.
  • Stat Bonus two: Effect Hit Rate increases by 6 percent.
  • Stat Bonus three: ATK increases by 6 percent.
• Spice Up: Enemies with Wind Shear effect deal 15 percent less DMG to Sampo.
  • Stat Bonus one: Effect RES increases by 6 percent.
  • Stat Bonus two: Effect Hit Rate increases by 8 percent.
• Minor Traces
  • ATK increases by 4 percent.
  • ATK increases by 8 percent.

Sampo's Eidolons in Honkai Star Rail

• E1 (Rising Love): When using Skill, deals DMG for one extra time(s) to a random enemy.
• E2 (Infectious Enthusiasm): Defeating an enemy with Wind Shear has a 100 percent base chance to inflict all enemies with one stack(s) of Wind Shear, equivalent to the Talent's Wind Shear.
• E3 (Big Money!): Skill Level +2, up to a maximum of Level 15. Basic ATK Level +1. up to a maximum of Level 10.
• E4 (The Deeper the Love, the Stronger the Hate): When Skill hits an enemy with five or more stack(s) of Wind Shear, the enemy immediately takes 8 percent of current Wind Shear DMG.
• E5 (Huuuuge Money!): Ultimate Level +2, up to a maximum of Level 15. Talent Level +2, up to a maximum of Level 15.
• E6 (Increased Spending): Talent's Wind Shear DMG multiplier increases by 15 percent.
