How to find the Illusory Maze exit in Honkai Star Rail – Sojourner’s Ghastly Reverie Guide

Sojourner's Ghastly Reverie is a Honkai: Star Rail Trailblaze Continuance Mission from A Foxian Tale of the Haunted event. While exploring the Fyxestroll Garden with Huohuo, you'll get thrown into a Bronze Mirror, where you must solve three Illusory Maze puzzles to find the exit.

The puzzles are simple as long as you know the mechanics. The game doesn't explain it in detail, so I'll walk you through all the solutions below.

Where is the exit of the Illusory Maze – HSR Sojourner's Ghastly Reverie puzzle solutions

Illusory Maze Puzzle #1

Upon entering the maze, you'll find yourself in a "starting position" with three gates, which you'll see a lot as you progress. It's important to pay attention to the front of each gate. At the beginning of the puzzle, there will be small red lamps in front of them.

At this point, it doesn't matter which gate you enter. Keep circling the maze until the objects in front of the gates change.

The maze is designed for you to go around multiple times until you reach the point where the "starting point" changes design. Rather than small red lamps on the ground, you'll find larger yellow lamps in front of each gate.

You must enter the gate with one yellow lamp to progress within the maze. If you enter the gate with two yellow lamps, you'll only keep going around in circles.

Once you get through the gate with one yellow lamp, you'll return to the "starting position" but with a different design once again. This time, there will be red lanterns hanging on the gate. You must enter the gate with one red lantern, or you'll keep going around in circles. Completing the objective will open the exit to the first part of the maze.

Illusory Maze Puzzle #2 (First Gloomy Door)

Upon starting the puzzle, go up ahead until you reach a dead end. Interact with the crates with talismans to obtain clues related to the first Gloomy Door. After getting clues, head to the room on the left. The quest will prompt you to interact with the door, but you won't be able to enter.

Instead, turn left to find a room with vases. Destroy the red vases and ignore the blue ones. Once done, interact with the Gloomy Door again, and you'll be able to go through.

Illusory Maze Puzzle #3 (Second Gloomy Door)

This time, the Gloomy Door is at the center, and you can enter the gates on the left and right to solve two puzzles. In the room on the right, you'll find Treasure Chests. Interact with the Basic Treasure at the center of the room and ignore all others.

In the room on the left, you need to destroy three blue vases and ignore the red ones. They're conveniently lined up on the right side of the room. Once done with the puzzles in both rooms, interact with the Gloomy Door to complete the objective. After some interactions, you'll be able to leave the Illusory Maze.
