Improve your skills!

Since House Flipper 2 won't have multiplayer, you might as well boost your solo house-flipping skills as much as you can by upgrading your perks. These are the best perks to get as you level up!

Best Perks to upgrade first in House Flipper 2

All the perks in House Flipper 2 are essential to making your house-flipping jobs much easier and effective. You can upgrade your perks as you level up each skill and earn Perk Points. While you're definitely going to want to check out all the available options, these are some of the ones I recommend getting as soon as possible.

The biggest is the best

This trash collecting perk is a lifesaver when it comes to collecting trash, allowing you to fit all the trash in one big, sturdy bag and not having to fill up multiple bags and make runs back and forth to toss them in the trash bin. To get it, you'll first need to get the 'The bigger the better' perk.

Roller of tomorrow

This is one of my favorite perks and one that I recommend getting as soon as possible. It expands your paint roller, allowing you to cover more of the wall at once and take fewer strokes up and down to cover a whole area. It's a time-saver for sure that will make painting way more enjoyable.

Pigment economy

Right alongside that expanded paint roller is the Pigment economy perk. This must-have allows you to get more paint for your money. One can extend further, and you won't have to purchase many cans to finish one project. You'll need first to get the 'Paint Saver' perk to progress to this one.

Athlete

It's okay to want to take your time, but if you're like me, you'll want to move quickly and efficiently at all times. This Flipper skill is a time-saver for sure, allowing you to sprint even while you're carrying items and get to where you need to be much, much faster.

Brick by brick

Building can be one of the most time-consuming tasks, but with the help of this 'Brick by brick' perk, you can get it done in no time. This perk significantly speeds up the process, allowing you to practically copy and paste your brick walls, so it's less like brick by brick and more like wall by wall. To get it, you'll need to upgrade through the 'Racing trowel' and 'Perfect duo' perks first.

Strongman

Tired of only getting a few rows of panels, tiles, and wallpaper up at a time? This perk will cut the time spent going back and forth by allowing you to carry and place more of them at a time. Now you'll get half a wall done in one go. You can unlock this after first upgrading the 'Heavy lifting' perk.

Make it big

This perk goes hand-in-hand with the 'Strongman' perk, and you're definitely going to want it to make your surface finishing much more effortless. It will allow you to place materials on a bigger area on the wall at one time, take less time to place each tile by tile, and get the job done with ease.

Business shark

Why worry about more potential buyers when you can just increase the amount of money you get instead? 'Business shark' is the best house-selling perk you can get, allowing you to increase the amount you receive with sale and not have to worry about trying to choose the highest bid. You'll need to get the 'Tough negotiator' perk first to progress to this.

Grab what you can

Screenshot by Pro Game Guides

Picking up trash is the most annoying thing to do in the game, especially when there are so many little pieces you can only grab one by one. This 'Grab what you can' perk allows you to scoop up a whole area of trash in one go rather than picking them up individually. It will save you a lot of hassle.

Quick and strong

Do you like breaking things, but the base demolition doesn't do it for you? You're going to want this 'Quick and strong' perk. It will allow your strong hit to charge up faster and be capable of breaking through a section of the wall with one hit. You mean business.

Keep leveling up your skills by completing various jobs and earning Perk Points. It may take you some time to unlock the best perks, but it will be well worth focusing on the ones you'll really need to make the job much easier and enjoyable.
