Will In Nightmare come to Xbox & PC?

Could Magic Fish Studio be willing to branch out?

In Nightmare is a story-driven horror game that borrows stealth and puzzle elements from influences such as Little Nightmares and Among the Sleep. As a game that is set to launch on March 29 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, questions surrounding its future platforms have begun to surface. Specifically, whether or not it will come to Xbox and PC.

In short, no, In Nightmare will not be coming to Xbox and PC. The reason for this comes down to the fact that developer Magic Fish Studio comes under Sony's PlayStation China Hero Project.

The project, which seeks to help fund smaller studios and bring games to fulfillment, is a leading force behind the games' development. Because of this, it is unlikely that Maximum Games, In Nightmare's publisher, will release the title for other platforms in the foreseeable future.

In Nightmare is available as a physical and digital edition on PS4 and PS5. You can purchase either copy from March 29, 2022 over on Maximum Games.
