What are teeth – How to get them in Inscryption

There is no dentist here.

Inscryption is a deck-building game that features a dark and atmospheric horror aspect. The primary gameplay is engaging in card battles. The player must damage their opponent and tip the scales in their favor. Each time the player damages the opponent, fake teeth are placed on their opponent's scale.

But teeth have more use than just damaging your opponent. Players can deal extra damage to their opponent which will place the excess teeth in a bowl. These extra teeth can be accumulated and spent later when the player encounters the Trapper who will sell the player pelts.

But there are other ways to get teeth. One unpleasant way is using the pliers to pull a tooth from the player. They will place this on the scale which will count as dealing one damage and lower the opponent's side. Additionally, the player can stand up and periodically collect teeth from the skull behind the mysterious figure.

Pelts can be traded for items so players should try and collect as many teeth as possible. Checking the skull regularly is also a good way to get more teeth. They should especially check it right before encountering the Trapper to make sure they can buy as many pelts as they can.
