Lost Ark is controlled by Amazon Games and Smile Gate RPG and features a large player base. Unfortunately, some of these are cheaters or bots, which often see large ban waves. Sometimes these can catch innocent players, which may leave you wondering how to appeal a ban if you are banned from Lost Ark incorrectly.
How to submit a Ban Appeal in Lost Ark
If you have been falsely banned from Lost Ark, you can submit an appeal to have your account unbanned. There is no guarantee this will work, as a process will verify whether your ban was legitimate or not. Here is how to appeal a ban in Lost Ark.
- Go to the official Ticket Submission Webpage.
- Log in to your Amazon account.
- Fill out the Ticket for a Ban Appeal.
- Click Submit Ticket.

It may take some time for your appeal to go through and be processed, so be patient once you have submitted your Lost Ark ban appeal. If your appeal is accepted, your ban will be overturned and you will be able to play Lost Ark once more. Do not submit multiple tickets as this will not speed up the process.
How to check if you have been banned in Lost Ark
If you have been banned from Lost Ark but do not feel like installing the game or checking there, you can also verify if you have been banned on your Steam account. Go to your public profile and look to the right of your profile. It will appear here if you have been banned from Lost Ark or any other title. You have not been banned if you do not see anything there.
