Mugwort can be found in the Seiyro High School Courtyard as one of the white objects you automatically pick up when moving over it. Explore the courtyard, and if Mugwort doesn't appear, don't worry. The materials respawn reasonably quickly, so take a lap of the yard once again, picking up all white glimmers as you go. Eventually, you will find Mugwort and an assortment of other materials.

Take it back to Iyama, and you will acquire the Extract Recipe: Super Strength.
