To change and customize your stadium in Mario Strikers: Battle League, you must go to the Striker's Club menu, as this is the only place you can do this. You must also be the Club Manager to change it, though you can vote on designs as a member. Here is how to change your stadium's features in Mario Strikers: Battle League:

How to unlock stadium cosmetics in Mario Strikers: Battle League

When you first make your Club, you can choose one of the five themes. This will automatically unlock this stadium and some pieces of it. You must then purchase the remaining themes and pieces with Bolts, the Striker's Club currency. Bolts are similar to Coins in Mario Strikers: Battle League. How to get Bolts

You will earn Bolts in Mario Strikers: Battle League primarily by playing online Striker's Club matches. Winning a match will net you 100 Bolts, while losing will reward you with 50. At the end of each season, your Club will receive a number of Bolts based on its performance.
