Black Order

All four members of the Black Order grant Infinity Stones to Thanos's gauntlet at the start of his first turn. When he has all of the Infinity Stones (requires all four Black Order members), Thanos becomes "Empowered," which unlocks a new set of mighty abilities.

In addition to granting Thanos the Space Stone, Proxima Midnight administers 30% additional focus to Black Order allies including Empowered Thanos. Corvus Glaive allows Thanos the Mind tone and 30% extra damage to all Black Order attacks.

Cull Obsidian grants Thanos the Power Stone. On spawn, he applies defense up for two turns, clears all negative abilities from self, and the ability to taunt, making the opposing team only attack him for two straight turns.

Ebony Maw provides Thanos the last three Infinity Stones (Time, Reality, Soul). On spawn, Maw applies two regeneration, two death-proof, and two immunity to all Black Order allies. Lastly, Corvus Glaive distributes offense-up for two turns to all Black Order allies on spawn.

Black Order Team is a late-game unlock, but when you have all members of this powerhouse core, it’s a must-use for all players.

Asgardians

If you haven’t started building up your Asgardians Team (Hela, Loki, Thor, Sif, Heimdall), that is a great place to start for early and late-game players. Similar to the Black Order Team, Asgardians are multi-faceted and are effective in Arena, Blitz, and Real-Time Arena.

All Asgardians are fairly easy to attain and are early-game unlocks. Hela is the main key to a successful Asgardians team. Her ability to summon Undead Asgardians on spawn, after the death of an Asgardian teammate or Undead Asgardian, and adds an additional 25% damage on all Asgardian attacks makes her the focal point of the team.

Thor, God of Thunder, also compatible with Wave I Avengers, adds tremendous value and power to the team. Asgardian allies receive 10% damage, and anytime an Asgardian ally is attacked (basic or passive), Thor receives +1 charged to a maximum of five.

Loki, God of Mischief, provides stealth to the whole team, and stealth to any Asgardian ally that falls below 50% health. When placed on War Defense, with four or more Asgardian allies, he applies a taunt to his primary target of the opposing team.

Sif is the least productive member of the Asgardian squad. Don't be fooled, she delivers strong basic attacks and provides an extra 10% block chance to all Asgardian allies.

Heimdall, like Sif, is not a huge factor in terms of synergy, but he still provides additional damage and neat tricks. On turn, he heals all Asgardian allies 5% of their max health and hands out 10,000% resistance against any blinding attacks for Asgardian allies.

Pym Tech

Finally, the Pym Tech team (Yellowjacket, Ghost, Stature, Wasp, and Ant-Man), is also a promising team to grind for, considering they are extremely helpful in clearing Dark Dimension. With almost every Pym Tech character having increased chances to evade oncoming attacks and receive constant heals, makes them an undeniable choice for Raids, Real-Time Arena, and War Defense.

Yellowjacket deals massive damage on the attack, but similar to Wasp, he doesn't contribute much in regards to team synergy. For example, his Bio-Energy Blast delivers 230%, and a bonus attack with an additional 250% damage. On team synergy, on a kill, he can only develop and distribute two random positive effects to himself and all Pym Tech allies.

In Dark Dimension, Wasp on Spawn, if she has four or more Pym Tech allies, Immunity is administered for 2 turns to herself and all Pym Tech allies.

Ant-Man contributes to the matter without any thought. He can deliver 300% damage on an attack and allows a 60% chance for a Pym Tech ally to Assist Now. If Wasp is an ally, he automatically applies Evade to her. In Dark Dimension, if Ant-Man is aligned with four or more Pym Tech allies, he provides Evade to all allies.

Similar to Hela from Asgardians, Ghost is the key to a successful Pym Tech Team. She provides an abundance of team synergy and can hold her own in regard to damage and health. When Ghost performs her Fatal Flux attack, she gains 2,000% extra focus for herself and all Pym Tech allies. On her Quantum Explosion, she steals 15% of health from all enemies and redistributes it to all Pym Tech allies. All Pym Tech allies receive an additional 4,000 Health. Note, this move bypasses any Heal Block applied before.

Stature is a simple inside-the-box character. Nothing special to brag home about, but she is a Pym Tech ally and does offer minor improvements to the team. Stature gives Defense Up to herself and 1 random Pym Tech ally. When a Pym Tech ally drops below 50% Health, Stature allocates +1 Evade to that ally, up to a maximum of four. Lastly, Pym Tech allies receive +50% Focus when she uses her special.

All three of these teams have their strengths and weaknesses, like any other team in the game. The major difference is that these three teams (Asgardian, Black Order, Pym Tech) are fierce competitors on any game mode and without hesitation can consistently win in battle. With that being said, these teams are what players should be working toward unlocking and ranking up.
