Unfortunately, there’s no built-in way to despawn your army in Minecraft Legends, but there are a few “methods” for disposing of your units. The first is to send them off to die fighting Piglins. You can also let them fall into natural hazards such as thorns and lava. And, if you fast-travel or enter a cutscene, there's a chance your army will simply despawn on its own. Either way, this will ensure your spawned golem units are despawned efficiently. You can also use direct commands to specific units to walk into lava or thorns using the Banner menu.

You can issue direct commands to units in Minecraft Legends using the Banner Menu. This is opened using the Ctrl key on keyboard and mouse, and the Right Trigger (RT) on gamepad. This menu will allow you to control, and send specific units to their death.

Increasing the unit cap in Minecraft Legends

You can increase your spawned unit cap in Minecraft Legends by getting Flames of Creation. We have a dedicated guide for getting Flame of Creation in Minecraft Legends so that you can expand your maximum number of spawnable units.

It’s also helpful to know that you can control many more units than you can summon. Neutral mobs, animals, and other creatures don’t count towards your spawned units cap, so you can field armies much larger than just the 20 initial units you can spawn!
