Once logged into the website, you should be taken to your Minecraft Profile/Account settings, if not, you can find your profile by clicking your email at the top right of your screen.

When you find the profile screen, click realms, and you can pause and cancel your realms subscriptions by the Yes, Pause button next to recurring payments.
