Minecraft Penguins are swimming into the Mob Vote

Minecraft Live is almost here, which means my favorite event—the Mob Vote—is coming with it. Choosing between the three mobs is hard, especially since the Crab and Armadillo are already the subjects of fierce fandom debate. However, we now know that the Penguin is the third mob in the Minecraft Live Mob Vote 2023, meaning you'll have to decide between these three critters for the newest mob to join Minecraft.

Minecraft Penguins revealed for Minecraft 2023 Mob Vote

The Penguin was revealed to be the final mob in the 2023 Mob Vote during Minecraft Live on the Minecraft YouTube channel, stating, "The penguin is a social mob, and you'll find it waddling around the stony shores biome. A little clumsy on land, the penguin is a strong swimmer when it's in the water. It's helpful too, because this amphibious mob can help your boat travel faster!"

Those who enjoy traveling by boat will find the Penguin to be extremely helpful, especially while traveling long distances. They're a bit clumsy on land, but their cuteness makes up for it. Be sure that you're kind to Minecraft's Penguins, you never know when you'll find yourself in a boat in need of a push. Or you can just enjoy their land-based antics.

Minecraft Live takes place on October 15, 2023, at 5PM UTC, and the Mob Vote will be active for 48 hours before the event but closes 15 minutes prior to the show. You can cast your vote starting October 13, 2023.
