Levelling Weapon Masteries is incredibly easy. All you need to do is head out into the world with the weapon you want to increase Mastery in equipped and kill some enemies! For example, if you’re using a sword and shield, you'll get XP for the weapon, which will increase your Mastery.

The amount of Weapon Mastery XP you gain in battle scales with the amount of regular XP you’re gaining and the enemy level. Killing higher-level enemies will give your more Weapon Mastery XP.
