Best X Forward build in Omega Strikers

Offense is where X thrives and belongs. His kit is almost entirely melee-based, meaning you need to get close. Crossover provides X with much-needed speed, so stay close to the core when possible. Heavy Handed and Tempo Swing will make your attacks more powerful, letting you inflict maximum damage and knock opposing players out much quicker.

  • Crossover
    • Strikes grant 35% haste for 1.5s.
  • Heavy Handed
    • Hit 8% harder. Increased to 16% for heavy hits.
  • Tempo Swing
    • Light, medium, heavy hits deal bonus damage equal to 2, 3, 4% of your max stagger and heal for 150% of that amount.

Best X Goalkeeper build in Omega Strikers

We really cannot recommend playing X as a goalkeeper ever, but if he is your favorite then you will need the right Trainings to make him viable. X excels at close-range and inflicting damage, so you will want Well Fed and Tempo Swing to inflict maximum damage on aggressive forwards. Heavy Handed further increases your hits, letting you stagger and potentially knock out opposing players.

  • Well Fed
    • Gain 200 max stagger, plus an additional 100 per Power Orb you collect (max 5). At 5 orbs, gain 10% knockback resistance.
  • Heavy Handed
    • Hit 8% harder. Increased to 16% for heavy hits.
  • Tempo Swing
    • Light, medium, heavy hits deal bonus damage equal to 2, 3, 4% of your max stagger and heal for 150% of that amount.

How to play X in Omega Strikers – Tips, Tricks, and Strategies

Playing X is really quite simple—get in your opponent's face and beat the crap out of them. X should be played as a forward as he is almost exclusively a melee character and most of his abilities involve inflicting damage, stagger, or knockback. As such, X is not suited to play the goalkeeper.

Your two goals when playing X should be to harass and knock out players on the opposing team. You can shoot for a goal when the option presents itself, but X is a strong brawler and can easily KO opponents. You should be targeting the opposing team's forwards when the core is on your side and their goalie when the core is on the opposite side.

An effective strategy with X is to simply harass the goalkeeper, especially if you can push them out of bounds and knock them out, or into a corner to leave the goal open. If you time this right, you can leave a wide-open goal for your teammates. Alternatively, keep an eye out for players near the edge, as they are easy targets for X to knock out.
