How to sign up for Outlast Trials early access

Upcoming first-person survival horror co-op Outlast Trials is creeping ominously toward its release. Developed by Red Barrel, the game sees players trapped in a building after being subjected to horrific human trials, surrounded by all manner of horrors. You’ll be able to play alone or work as part of a team, fighting off sinister enemies as they attempt to escape. It looks like a blood-soaked, jump scares heavy thrill ride. So if that floats your boat, you’ll be pleased to hear details have now been announced about how to sign up for the Outlast Trials early access.

Outlast Trials early access release date announced

You can now wishlist the game on both Steam and the Epic Game Store and will be able to volunteer for early access on May 18, 2023. Or to put it more ominously, Red Barrel is requesting early access subjects to participate in the Outlast Trials.

Outlast Trials enjoyed a successful beta trial back in October 2022, with almost a million players signing up to be part of the experience. Set during the Cold War, you’ll play as test subjects of the Murkoff Corporation. A series of terrifying ordeals await, both mental and physical, await.
