How to deal with acid damage in Pacific Drive

You might not encounter a lot of Anomalies that deal acid damage early in the game, but you will once you cross the wall into the mid zone. When you get there, you'll have to know how to avoid acid damage in Pacific Drive.

The car will be taking the brunt of the damage, so it should be your priority to upgrade its body parts. You can do this on the Fabricator in Oppy's garage. Head over and open the Car Body tab. There you will find three car upgrades that will boost your acid damage protection.

In order to update your outfit and boost your acid damage protection when you are outside of the car, first you will need to unlock the Outfitting station. You can find it on the Fabricator under the Garage upgrades tab. Before you can get to it, however, you need to unlock the Matter Deconstructor. Once you do, you can get to work on updating your outfits.
