Social stats are the bread of butter of every Persona game, and players are often very conscious about how well their stats are faring. This is especially true in Persona 4 Golden where opportunities to raise said stats aren’t as consistent as in the other games in the series. Here’s how to check your social stats in Persona 4 Golden.
How do you see your social stats in Persona 4 Golden
If you want to check your Courage, Diligence, Understanding, Expression, and Knowledge, all you need to do is open Status on your menu to see Yu's profile. Then, select Switch Info. All social stats max out at Rank five.
How do you increase social stats in Persona 4 Golden
Social stats can be increased in various ways in the game, such as studying (Knowledge), folding Origami (Understanding), and eating leftovers in your fridge (Courage). Below is a table that lists all activities that can increase each stat:

| Courage | - Eating the occasional weird thing in your fridge (do it last, as Yu will pass out for the rest of the day after he does) - Working at the hospital - Taking long rides with your scooter |
| Diligence | - Playing your chosen sport (basketball or soccer) after school - Folding envelopes in your room - Working at the bar part-time - Playing with the cat outside your home at night (when Dojima isn’t around) |

| Expression | - Working as a translator and, later on, a tutor - Answering some questions correctly in class - Attending Drama Club (if you didn’t choose Band) |

On Rainy Days, you can dine at Aiya’s and partake in the Mega Beef Bowl challenge. You can only succeed by taking it on with maxed-out Courage, Diligence, Understanding, and Knowledge—but failing it will increase three of these four stats randomly. Also be on the lookout for books you can read, as these can increase one of the five stats above.
