Here's how to check your sanity with the Ouija board in Phasmophobia.

To check your sanity using the Ouija board in Phasmophobia, you will need to ask the board certain questions. If you get a question right, your sanity will only drop down by five percent, and the board will answer with a specific answer.

The first question you should as is, "How Insane am I." Asking this question will then cause the board to respond depending on how high or low your sanity is currently at.

If your sanity is between 100 to 50 percent, the ghost will respond on the board with Not very.

The next response reads as "very," and when you get very as a response, it means your sanity is between 50 to 25 percent. For 25 percent and below, the answer will be "insane."
