Phasmophobia occasionally launches special holiday events where players can interact with unique objectives/game modes based on popular world holidays. The latest of these events is based around popular holidays in December and is called the Holiday 22 event. Holiday 22 or 2022 is an event that was added with a Major Tempest update for Phasmophobia.
How to complete the Christmas Holiday Event in Phasmophobia
To complete the Holiday event in Phasmophobia, you must complete four objectives. Here's how to achieve all objectives in the Holiday event, listed below:
- Complete all Holiday Sticker Investigations - The first requirement for Phasmophobia's Holiday 22 event is to complete all locations with Holiday Stickers on Intermediate difficulty.
- Collect Six Cookies - The second requirement for the Holiday event features two-part objectives. The first cookie task involves collecting over six cookies and placing them on a plate. Disclaimer: the cookies will not spawn if the Investigation is not on Intermediate difficulty.
- Feed the Ghost Cookies - After getting all six cookies, players must feed them to a ghost by placing the plate near it. Doing so will cause the ghost to enter a special hunt mode.
- Identify the ghost and run - The Last objective requires players to identify the ghost correctly and escape alive.

Where to find Cookies in the Phasmophobia Christmas Holiday event
To find all six cookies in Phasmophobia's Holiday 2022 event, you must search every room with the cookie plate equipped. You can equip the cookie plate by using the grab item key on the plate shown in the location below.
If you do not see this plate in your current Investigation, it is probably due to the difficulty setting not being on Intermediate difficulty. You can change the difficulty setting by selecting difficulty in the Investigation lobby. You will also need to find all six cookies on a total of seven different maps. Use this complete All cookie locations guide to help you obtain that Phasmophobia trophy!
Do cookies spawn randomly in the Phasmophobia Christmas Holiday event?
At the time of writing, Holiday cookies appear to spawn in six unique locations across seven Holiday Sticker maps. We recommend searching thoroughly through all seven Holiday Stick locations with the best flashlights and the power and house lights on.
How to feed the ghost cookies in Phasmophobia Christmas Holiday event
To feed the Ghost cookies in Phasmophobia, you must place the plate near the ghost when it is active. We recommend searching rooms where it interacts with the environment, such as turning lights off, throwing things, or closing doors. Feed the ghost on all seven maps to complete this objective.
How to identify ghosts in Phasmophobia
To successfully identify ghosts in Phasmophobia, you must investigate and determine the ghost type by collecting evidence. If you need help identifying ghosts, we recommend checking out the Phasmophobia evidence chart for all ghost types. After collecting enough evidence, you can select the ghost's identity inside your journal. Inside your journal, mark under the Evidence tab all evidence types you found and ones you didn't. The result should look like our image below, where we only have Myling as the possible ghost.
Select the ghost that appears to be the correct identity, and you will mark it for your current Investigation. After selecting the identity, leave the map heading to the truck, and if the identity is correct, the objective in the Holiday 22 event should complete.
