Combee’s location and evolution requirement in Pokemon Legends: Arceus

There are a lot of Pokemon to find in Pokemon Legends: Arceus. Many of the present-day Sinnoh Pokemon are roaming around the game, including the bee Pokemon, Combee. If you want to catch a Combee, though, then you need to know where to look for it.

Currently, we know that Combee can be found shortly after getting the Celestica Flute. Catching one is relatively easy, but evolving it can be a hassle depending on your luck.

Where to find Combee:

• Grueling Grove

Combee can be caught with a regular Pokeball but is easy to scare. It's best to sneak up on it or distract it with a berry before throwing your Pokeball.

How to Evolve Combee into Vespiquen

You can only evolve your Combee into Vespiquen if it's a female. You can tell the difference between the male and female Combee quite easily though, as the bottom comb has a red arrow on its head if it's female. This can be a bit hard to tell in the field, so either battle the Combee to determine its gender or catch multiple Combee at once for a higher chance of getting a female.
