How to catch flying Pokémon easier in Pokémon Legends: Arceus?

How to catch flying Pokemon with ease.

One of the biggest changes to come with Legends Arceus is how some Pokémon are caught. While there have always been flying-type Pokémon in the games, none of them seemed to get too high in the sky. This all changes in Arceus as some flying types will soar high above your head.

Flying Pokémon can be found in several locations in the game, and catching them takes quite a bit of practice. Even if you have caught multiple flying types, you will likely find yourself missing a few Poke Balls to line up the perfect shot. Luckily, there are some features that can help you catch flying Pokémon easier.

How to easily catch Flying Pokémon in Pokémon Legends: Arceus:

  • Memorize the Pokémon's flight pattern.
  • Wait to see if the catch marker shows up when it flys by your position.
  • Use feather balls.
  • When you throw a ball, immiditaly have another one ready in case the Pokémon breaks free.

Most Pokémon will fly in a circular pattern, making them easy to catch. Just find the closest location you can stand and ready a Poke Ball to verify the catch marker can show up from your position. Once you have thrown and hit it with your first ball, immediately ready another to throw in case it breaks free.
