Roselia is great, but as a Roserade, it gets a huge boost in Sp. Attack power, making it one of the best Pokémon to have in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. But Rosalia doesn’t evolve naturally.
If you want Roselia to evolve, you need to use a Shiny Stone on it. It’s one of the many evolution stones in the game. You can purchase a Shiny Stone from Simona’s Item Exchange for 1,200 Merit Points.
Shiny Stones can also, very seldomly, be dropped by Gravelers that jump out of moving rocks near grassy areas. Just defeat them in battle! If you’re a frequent Distortion visitor, you can also find Shiny Stones there sometimes (and other evolution items).
Request #74, A Bit of Help from Blissey, also has a Shiny Stone as a reward. If you’re not in a hurry, you can just wait until this becomes available.
Then again, you just want to own a Roserade. You don’t really need to evolve a Roselia. You can catch one in Cloudpool Ridge at Crimson Mirelands and it’s a high-leveled Alpha, though, so be careful!
