What are Survey Outings in Pokemon Legends Arceus

There are a ton of different things to do in Pokemon Legends: Arceus. When your not making your way through the game's story, you are likely trying to capture every Pokemon. If you want to get some extra items, then you should check out Survey Outings.

Outings are when you go out into the field to catch and battle Pokemon. During this time, you will want to complete tasks to raise your Galaxy ranking and complete any side quests that you have picked up previously.

These side quests are called survey requests and can be picked up from the various NPCs around town. These are usually simple and involve catching a certain Pokemon or finding certain items. As you progress through the games, more and more of these sidequests will unlock.

Going out into the wild is necessary for beating the game, as it's the only way to see most of the story and interact with the Pokemon in the game. Just be sure to take supplies with you when you go exploring.
