What are the best natures for Solgaleo in The Indigo Disk Pokémon Scarlet & Violet?

Here are the two best natures for Solgaleo in the game:

  • Jolly (+Speed, -Sp. Atk)
  • Adamant (+Atk, -Sp. Atk)

The two options above are both great for Solgaleo; the first one increases its speed while decreasing the special attack stat. This is very handy with the right moveset to hit enemies with all sorts of powerful attacks.

Solgaleo already has a decent enough attack, but with the Adamant nature, it becomes deadlier as it increases its attack more with the cost of the special attack stat. Again, you will need a proper moveset to utilize this nature, and if you have that, nothing can stop your Solgaleo.
