Can you get HMs in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet?

Is the answer hidden?

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet feature a new region to explore, and Paldea is full of secrets to discover. To fully explore the region, you will need to scale impossibly tall cliffs, swim the sea and rivers, fly to great heights, and more. Normally these actions are done by HMs in other Pokémon games, which may leave you wondering if Pokémon Scarlet and Violet have HMs.

Technically, there are HMs in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, but not like in other games. Instead of HMs, you rely on Koraidon or Moraidon, depending on which version you select. As you progress through the game, these Pokémon will be able to perform all the moves an HM would. But you will first need to unlock and teach them the moves.
