The Heavy Duty Boots require 4 Gym Badges to be purchased at the Delibird Presents in Levincia and cost 20,000 Pokédollars or LP. Many Battle Items are unlocked through Gym Badge progression, so it would do players well to check their Chansey Supply and Delibird Presents shops. Using the easiest route to get through the Gyms, it shouldn't take players long if they are trying to get to the end of the game as quickly as possible.
