The Normal Type Pokémon Skwovet can be found relatively early in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. Some players may have difficulty finding it due to the high spawn rate of other Pokémon in the area. Where to catch Skwovet in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

Skowovet is a returning Pokémon from Sword and Shield found in the forest areas of Scarlet and Violet. Players looking for it can see it on their Radar and continually get away from an area to reset the spawn in an area. The earliest players can catch it is just South of Mesagoza before entering the city for the first time. It is located primarily in South Provinces One, Two, and Four around trees or grass. If players have difficulty finding it, they can exit the area until the Pokémon despawn and check the Radar on either the mini-map or by pressing Y to see if it shows up. Repeating this process will eventually get it to spawn, but there are also alternatives for finding it.

Players who want extra help can use Encounter Powers to increase the odds of a Skwovet appearing. If players do not have food with the Normal Type Encounter Power, if a friend has it in their Union Circle, that person can spawn in Pokémon in an area for a higher chance of encountering Normal Types for everyone.
