If you want your shiny hunts to go easier, you’ll need to make a ton of sandwiches with Sparkling Meal power. The more effective way to get these is to use Herba Mystica in your recipes, which only drop in Tera Raids. However, not every Tera Raid is guaranteed a Herba Mystica drop, so let’s take a look at the ones that are more likely to in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet.
Which Pokémon drop the most Herba Mysticas in Scarlet & Violet
Even if there’s always a chance for Herba Mysticas to drop in a five to six star Tera Raid, the odds are very low. Fortunately, certain Pokémon are more likely to drop these ingredients more than others. Here’s a quick list for your reference:
- Amoongus
- Blissey
- Cetitian
- Dondozo
- Drifblim
- Eelektross
- Farigiraf
- Gengar
- Glalie
- Palafin
- Vaporeon

These Pokémon roughly have a 10% chance to drop each of the five Herba Mysticas in the game. They can drop more than one of the five Herba Mysticas, but they will never drop more than one of the same kind. For example, if you’re extremely lucky, you’ll get all five Herba Mysticas from a six-star Vaporeon Raid. The odds of a Herba Mystica drop is higher in a six star Tera Raid.
How to reset Tera Raids in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet
The available set of Tera Raids is fixed for the day. If you want to instantly reset the Raids that you have, you need to close the game, change the date on your Nintendo Switch settings, and reboot the game. There is only one six star (black crystal) Tera Raid every day.
