New dragon Tera Raid is coming to Pokémon Scarlet & Violet for limited time

Tera Raids are the hot new thing in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. They pit four trainers against extremely powerful Pokémon, and players have to work together to defeat them. Very soon, trainers will face mighty Tyranitar and Salamance as they become the next limited Tera Raid Pokémon.

The Serebii Twitter states, "The next Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Tera Raid Battle event has been announced Face Tyranitar in Scarlet or Salamence in Violet Runs from December 9th through 11th 2022." This makes Tyranitar and Salamance the next Tera Pokémon challenge after Charizard.

The Tyranitar and Salamance will appear in their respective versions as 4 and 5 Star Tera Raids, though players will be able to participate in both regardless of their version. Unlike Charizard, these Pokémon will not have set Tera types, so you must examine the Tera Den carefully before selecting your Pokémon.

Players will need to take part in Tera Raids between December 9 and December 11, 2022, if they want to get their hands on one of these. The Tyranitar and Salamance captured through the limited Tera Raid will be great Pokémon to breed for competitive and future Tera Raids.
