Niantic announced Pokémon Go's upcoming Spotlight and Raid Hours for the month of June 2022. Players can look forward to a whole new set of Raid and featured Pokémon to catch over the course of the month.
Raid Hours in Pokémon Go in June 2022
Raid Hours happen every Wednesday in June from 6pm to 7pm local time. They give players a chance to catch Pokémon, usually Legendary ones, with the help of other trainers. June will have five Raid Hours in total spanning three different Legendaries.
- Kyogre* - June 1
- Groudon* - June 8
- Groudon* - June 15
- Mewtwo* (will know the move Shadow Ball) - June 22
- Mewtwo* (will know the move Psystrike) - June 29

Spotlight Hours in Pokémon Go in June 2022
Spotlight Hours focus on one Pokémon and increase its spawn rates heavily. This allows players to hunt for good IV Pokémon or shiny variants of monsters not often found in the wild. June will feature four Spotlight Hours, with the final one notably being unknown to players at this time.
- Nosepass* (June 7) - Double Candy for catching Pokémon during this Spotlight Hour.
- Mantine* (June 14) - Double Candy for transferring Pokémon during this Spotlight Hour.
- Spinarak* (June 21) - Double XP for evolving Pokémon during this Spotlight Hour.
- ???* (June 28) - ???
*All Pokémon marked with an asterisk can be shiny upon encounter.
