Best build for Comfey in Pokémon Unite

Look on the bright side; Comfey might get buffed in the future.

Comfey is yet another Pokémon from the Alola region to be added into Pokémon Unite. As far as first impressions go, it's not looking too good for Comfey. A lot of success players will have with this character depends on whoever they're supporting. That being said, players with a strong build will still pick up wins with this Fairy-type.

What are the best moves for Comfey in Pokémon Unite?

The premier Comfey build for Pokémon Unite starts with the move Floral Healing. This move allows Comfey to attach itself to an ally, giving them a shield and healing. Players should note that they want to attach themselves to a bulky character, preferably an All-Rounder like Machamp or Tsareena. Since these characters want to be in the middle of fights, they can benefit more from the shield and healing than a Cinderace or Gardevoir would.

Floral Healing is best paired with Magical Leaf, which really serves as Comfey's only crowd control option. If Magical Leaf can hit all three leaves twice (so six hits in total), they can stun an enemy. This can give an opportunity for a teammate to go in for a kill, and Comfey can attach themselves after to heal up any damage they take.

As for items, Comfey has little kill power, so Exp Share is best to keep its stats high throughout the match. Surprisingly, Comfey is a nice user of Shell Bell to keep its own health bar replenished. Wise Glass usually rounds out the items for Comfey to actually give it some decent damage output. Players can be flexible with the battle item, but they might want to consider Slow Smoke to help in team fights.
