How to Teleport players to me in Project Zomboid

Why waste time walking?

Teleporting players (or yourself) in Project Zomboid multiplayer can definitely be daunting at first, if you don't know what you're supposed to do. All you need is a console command or a button to get it done fast and easily.

How do you Teleport players to yourself in Project Zomboid?

To teleport players to your current location in Project Zomboid, you will need to use the teleport to me command under the player list tab in the Options menu

Start by clicking the ESC key, and under the Options menu, you can find the player list underneath the Resume Game button. After clicking the Players option, you will see a full list of the players on your server. To the right of that list, you will find a series of commands. One of these commands will be one called Teleport to Me, and you will need to use this command to teleport a player to your current location.

To finally teleport them, you will need to click on the desired player and then choose Teleport to Me. However, be careful when teleporting players to your location as it can be a bit buggy, resulting in players becoming invisible only to you. To avoid getting this bug, we recommend only teleport players in open spaces and avoid teleporting more than one player at a time.

If you need to teleport more than one person, do one first and wait for that player to move out of the way. Not doing this can also result in that same bug which makes characters invisible to your screen (but not to the player you teleported or other survivors).

How to Teleport yourself in Project Zomboid

Teleporting yourself in Project Zomboid is a little more detailed than moving other players, but it still isn't too hard. All you need to do is enter the command into the chat window. Type in /teleportto, followed by the coordinates of your desired location.

In order to find the coordinates of the location you want to Teleport to, you can use the Project Zomboid Map Project site to easily find the coordinates. Choose where you want to go, find the coordinates, and type the command in the chat window. Enter the command and the coordinates attached. From there, you should quickly teleport to the location you chose.
