At certain times starting on July 9 in Project Zomboid, players can catch various shows on the Life and Living TV channel. Watching these shows will grant massive XP towards vital skills, but what time or how to catch these TV shows is unclear.
Project Zomboid Life and Living TV Schedule List
All Project Zomboid Life and Living shows follow a daily schedule starting at 6 am and ending at 6 pm in the game. Here is the basic Life and Living TV Schedule listed below:
- 6 am/06:00
- 12 pm/12:00
- 6 pm/18:00
- Only on day one: 12 am/0:00
All these shows in Project Zomboid only run until the end date of July 17, so players only have eight days to catch these shows. After the last day, the Life and Living channel will go silent, and players need to find VHS tapes to gain similar skill boosts.

You can find these watches on dead zombies often, and when you find one, equip it and use the 24-hour time format to keep track of show start times.
