In the Resident Evil 4 Remake, players can unlock items such as weapons and special items called accessories. These accessories can function as unique items that can provide buffs or special perks, such as making Ashley invisible and blocking all attacks. Other accessories are cosmetics that change or add things to Leon's appearance or other characters. Players can unlock most accessories similar to certain weapons by completing special requirements.     • How to unlock - Complete the main story with S rank assisted difficulty.

  • Chicken Hat
    • Effect - Reduces incoming damage.
