To unlock infinite knife durability in Resident Evil 4, you must find and destroy all 16 Clockwork Castellans. Destroying the 16 Clockwork Castellans unlocks a weapon called the Primal Knife. You can find all Clockwork Castellans spread across all chapters in the game. After getting the Primal Knife, you can unlock infinite knife durability by unlocking its exclusive perk. The perk is called indestructible in-game, and players can unlock it by upgrading the Primal Knife's durability and power to max level.

To upgrade your Primal Knife weapon in Resident Evil 4 Remake, use over 10k pesetas or an exclusive upgrade ticket. You can use 10k pesetas if you farm money in Resident Evil 4. Some of the best methods include selling unneeded items or treasure items. Completing optional missions such as requests, is another decent option to farm money. However, if you do not want to spend time grinding for pesetas, you can get an exclusive upgrade ticket instead. You can get the ticket by trading spinels with the Merchant—the ticket costs over eight spinels. Luckily you can get the spinels by completing Merchant requests.
