Anime Champions Quirk Tier List

Which Quirks should be prioritized? Take a look!

Quirks are important to have for your units, allowing them to gain passive new stats and abilities that will make them perform better in their battles and help you out more in the process.

Recommended Videos

Quirks can only be obtained by random chance, and while all of them may be useful in their own way, some of them are just clearly superior to others and usually harder to get. Here's a look at what Quirks we find to be the very best.

Best Anime Champions Quirks Tier List

When deciding what Quirks are the very best, it really is up to each individual's personal preference and experience, but also how well it performs overall. It's always a good idea to try them to see how they work. If you don't like them, there is always a chance to change Quirks again until you get one that you do like. Take a look at our rankings of the best Quirks below.

All Anime Champions Quirks, Ranked

If you'd like a better understanding of why each Quirk is ranked above, take a look at our ranked list for an explanation of how the Quirk performs and what makes it a must-get or simply mediocre.

Best S-Tier Quirks

Black Hole

Black Hole not only boosts all the unit's base stats by 1.5x, it also will make them move and attack at much greater speeds and gain the ability to Teleport. It makes the top of our list just based on its ability to strengthen the unit in all aspects, particularly their ability charge rate, allowing them to perform their ability much faster.

Celestial

Celestial is very similar to Black Hole in terms of boosting the unit's speed. Their attack speed will double, and their move speed will be significantly raised. However, its greatest strength is its boost of overall damage and damage on bosses, allowing you to grind powerful enemies much faster.

Titan

Titan is all about boosting your unit's damage, and it's one of the very best Quirks to do that. It will not only give 3x DMG but also increase the Crit Chance and Crit Damage, making every hit count big. Fittingly, your unit will also grow in size.

Archmage

Archmage is one of the very best Quirks for focusing on abilities and Ability Charge, which is why it makes the S-Tier rankings. It will not only increase the damage of all abilities performed and base damage but will give a 20+ Ability Charge, meaning your unit will be able to perform abilities much faster.

Assassin

Assassin is a slightly less version of Black Hole, but considering how OP Black Hole really is, it is still very much worth getting. Just like Black Hole, it focuses on increasing damage, crit chance, and attack speed, but it will also boost damage on Bosses, similar to Celestial.

Best A-Tier Quirks

Giant

Giant is basically Titan but of lesser quality, increasing damage by about 1.5x and crit damage and chance by around 1.2x. Of course, if you can't seem to get Titan, Giant is still very useful to have, making your unit more powerful and, just like Titan, grow in size.

Leprechaun

While the damage may seem like the most important stat for your units, others will be extremely helpful to have as well, such as the Leprechaun's ability to get you 1.35x more Yen and 1.2x Luck. Along with its ability to boost your savings, it will also make you smaller, inversely from the Titan or Giant, and increase speed.

Thief

Thief is a nice balanced Quirk to have, combining the 1.35x Yen factor of the Leprechaun with other beneficial battle stats like a damage boost, attack, and move speed. Perhaps the best additional stats for this Quirk is its increased Drops, increasing your chances of getting loot from enemies you defeat.

Sniper

Sniper can be another great Quirk to utilize for your units, focusing on a damage boost, as well as critical chance and damage. Although it is is a slight step down from the boosts of Black Hole or Assassin, it still can double the unit's damaging stats and make them stronger.

Best B-Tier Quirks

Sorcerer

Sorcerer is one of the unpredictable Quirks that can either be very beneficial or just mid, which is why it fits into our mid-B rankings. It is one of the better mid rankings because it focuses on the unit's abilities and ability charge, allowing them perform their special abilities more often and deal decent increased damage with it.

Genius

Genius, another mid-tier Quirk, doesn't do much in terms of empowering the unit, but it can boost the XP gained and allow the unit to level more quickly. Leveling up can still be a good thing to do more frequently, increasing base stats for that unit a little bit with each level.

Teleport

Teleport does exactly as you would expect, increasing your unit's move speed by 3x because they can teleport periodically from one spot to another. However, it will also increase their attack speed, allowing them to hit enemies at a faster rate than usual.

Collector

The Collector Quirk increases your Drops, similar to what the Thief can do but on a lower scale. You will receive loot from defeated enemies at a 1.05-1.25x boosted rate, which could be particularly useful for farming items that you need, but not necessarily a game-changer.

Best C-Tier Quirks

Fast

At the lower end of the rankings, you have Fast. This is a simple but still decently effective Quirk that increases your unit's attack and move speed by about 1.2 to 2x. Speed is still great to have, but considering you can get speed and other useful stats mixed together with other Quirks, this Quirk gets quickly outweighed.

Strong

Strong is another Quirk very similar to Fast, giving just slightly increased stats, this time focusing primarily on DMG. It can give about 1.1-1.3x more damage to your unit, making their hits more powerful but nothing quite as impressive as Assassin or even Sniper.

Accurate

Accurate is basically Strong, but instead of base damage, it increases the critical chance, allowing your unit to perform more critical hits than usual with a 1.05-1.25x boost. It's up to you whether you value critical or base damage more, but I placed this just slightly lower in my priorities.

Lucky

Lucky is the lower-scaled Leprechaun Quirk, giving you 1.05-1.15x boosted Luck, meaning you have a greater chance to get higher-tier Units from summons or other loot items of greater value. However, it is nowhere as useful as the greater Leprechaun Quirk or as other damage or speed focused Quirks.

Rich

Don't get me wrong, gaining money is still an important part of the game, and your means to summon more units or other items. However, this Rich Quirk is only important for increasing the amount of money you get per enemy you defeat, and it's a low increase, which is why it makes the bottom of our list.

These are our rankings of all the Quirks in Anime Champions. While some of them may be obviously more powerful and significant than each other, placing Quirks is really up to personal preference, so of course, I would suggest trying them out for yourself. Which ones do you like to use?
