Raise Animals Desert Dunes update is the fourth major update the game has received, and much like the previous ones, the Desert Dunes update didn’t disappoint either. You’ve got more animals to catch, another biome to explore, a new centre event to grind for an Exclusive pet, and you can decorate your farm. This guide will tell you how to complete the Desert Dunes update in Raise Animals.
How to unlock the Desert Dunes Biome in Raise Animals

You can unlock the Desert Dunes biome in Raise Animals by clicking on the Play button, then clicking on the Map, and purchasing the Desert Dunes biome for $7.5 million. Once purchased, you’ll permanently unlock the Desert Dunes biome, and it will appear randomly during your runs. There are no other requirements that you have to complete to unlock this biome.
The Desert Dunes biome is filled with stones, statues, and cactuses. These behave similarly to the other obstacles in the biome, so you’d do good to avoid them. The thing to look out for when playing the Desert Dune biome is the Tumbleweeds.
Unlike other stationary obstacles, the Tumbleweeds move in random directions to cause more problems. Also, watch out for the quicksand that can slow you down and cause collisions with other animals.

Raise Animals Desert Dunes FAQs
Yes, Anubis is an exclusive unit with a very low chance of spawning in the Desert Dunes biome, but it can spawn and can be caught. Alternatively, you can also purchase Anubis from the Oasis Revival event for 60,000 Water Drops.
You don’t have to do anything to spawn the Pharaoh Eagle in Raise Animals. It will spawn automatically during the Desert Dunes biome. Since it is a Shine animal, the spawn chances are low, but it does spawn without having to complete any ritual.
The Capybara is an Ocean animal, but it does not spawn in the Ocean biome and cannot be caught/tamed. You can only obtain the Capybara through the Daily Wheel spin, where it has replaced the Golden Lion.
