Dr. Strange enters Roblox Tower of Misery for in-game promotional event

To promote Dr. Strange in the Multiverse of Madness releasing on May 6, 2022, Gamefam studios and Marvel have teamed up to bring Dr. Strange into the Roblox Metaverse. For a limited time only, fans of Dr. Strange can find him hiding inside of the Tower of Misery experience and earn an exclusive in-game-only item, the Cloak of Levitation, by completing his scavenger hunt.

Players can also collect exclusive Dr. Strange themed currency and use it to purchase perk-esque potions and items that offer unique power-ups and abilities.

Considering the scope and breadth of Marvel as a company, many fans were surprised and somewhat disappointed that this Roblox crossover isn't a stand-alone event. Others, however, praised Gamefam and their ability to collab with such a massive brand, mentioning that this collab could open the door for many more wide-scale Roblox projects, including continuous collabs with popular brands and companies like Marvel, Sega, Sanrio, the NFL, and more.

If you're interested in checking out this event, be sure to do so by May 8, 2022. After this date, the event will be removed from the Tower of Misery experience.
