Sasuke Uchia (Amaterasu)

Sasuke Amaterasu is an LR (Legendary Rare) hybrid unit in Eternal Tower Defense. Besides great circle attack numbers (over 33k), it also has an excellent money/damage ratio (5.49), making it a significant investment. Thanks to the game's official Eternal Tower Defense Trello and BroHoeDuck's spreadsheet, we have all these crucial stats.

Toji Fushigoro

Toji Fushigoro is a secret unit you'd want to unlock as soon as possible. There are not many units that deal over 38k damage. It has a solid cooldown of 6.5 seconds, allowing this tower to be very efficient with its circle area of attack.

Naruto Uzumaki (Paths)

Naruto Paths is a Legendary Rare (LR) ground unit with good attack damage (6k) and a solid range (45). It has line and circle attacks (depending on the update level).

Zenitsu Agatsuma (Godspeed)

Zenitsu Godspeed is a ground unit in Eternal Tower Defense. It has a great cooldown of just 4.5 seconds, making it a great A-tier pick. While it's expensive (21k), it's worth the money as it also has a stun ability. If you need more resources to get these great units, use Eternal Tower Defense codes.

All Might

All Might is a UR unit in Eternal Tower Defense. This My Hero Academy alum has a significant cooldown (5s), but his range is average at best (50).

Super Saiyan Gogeta

Super Gogeta is an LR hybrid unit with a decent cooldown (6s) but an excellent range (60). Be careful where you place him, as you'd want to maximize his range and line attack.

Frieza

Frieza is arguably the worst Ultra Rare (UR) unit in the game. This hill tower has a very slow cooldown (10.5s), which sounds even worse in combination with average damage (6.5k) for this unit level.

Kaiba

As a fan of card games, I was happy when I got Kaiba from Yu-Gi-Oh!, but that feeling didn't last long. Forget about solid damage (7k) and underwhelming cooldown (10s); you'll use Kaiba mainly because it'll bring you money.

Monkey D. Luffy

Monkey D. Luffy is one of the basic ground units, and it would be unfair to criticize it. It will help you in the beginning until you focus on better towers.

Son Goku

If you're new to the game, Son Goku is a handy hill unit. This Dragon Ball hero will deal solid circle damage if you place him on a good strategic point. It has a manageable cooldown (7s) and attack damage (656).
