Halloween has arrived in GPO, and to celebrate the occasion, the developers have released a new island where you can go trick-or-treating and combat exclusive candy skeletons. So, here is a simple guide explaining everything about the Halloween event in GPO.
Spooksville Island Location in GPO Halloween Event
To start the Halloween Events, you need to go to the newly added Spooksville Island. You reach this island by traveling west of the Towns of Beginnings or traveling in the Southwest direction from the Island of Zou. You can quickly identify the island by its foggy/misty appearance. Refer to the below map for a much better understanding of your surroundings and how to reach the island.

How to get Candies in GPO
The entire GPO Halloween event revolves around farming candies and redeeming them for exclusive rewards from the exclusive Halloween Store. For this, you can do two things - Trick or Treating or eliminating Candy Skeletons. For the former, you have to go to the witch at the center of the island and purchase the Pumpkin Bag for 5000 Peli. You can reach her by simply walking towards the center town area from any direction you land on the island.

Using this Pumpkin Bag, you can start trick-or-treating by knocking on every door on the island. Sometimes, you will rewarded with some candies, and other times, you won't get anything. The current probability is that you will get candies 66% of the time and the remaining 33% of getting tricked. Being tricked does not mean you will be taken inside the house or anyone will start attacking you; it simply means that you won't receive any candy. From my experience, you will get anywhere from 1 to 5 candies from a single house while trick or treating.

Along with trick or treating, you can also defeat the various Candy Skeletons that spawn at sunset to get some Candies. Each Skeleton drops around 3 to 8 candies. They are a decently tough enemy, so I recommend you to be at least level 15 or above to take them down. Since they try to defend a lot while fighting, break their block stance first by continuously punching and then use your devil fruits or fighting-style attacks to finish them off.
Also, if you feel your bag is getting filled quickly, you can always upgrade to a Pumpkin Basket or Candy Corn Basket, which can hold up to 500 candies. This upgrade menu is also available if you interact with the witch. The Pumpkin Basket cost around 100 Candies and the Candy Corn Basket sells for 250 Candies.
