Requirements: Level 5 | Must have Wall Climb to complete Muzan's Quest
If you’re not interested in the Demon Slayer path, you can also become a Demon in Slayers 2. This allows you to use Blood Demon Art abilities instead of having to rely on weapons. However, becoming a Demon is not as easy as becoming a Demon Slayer. So, we’ve put together this detailed guide that will tell you everything you have to do to become a Demon in Slayers 2.
How to Become a Demon in Slayers 2
To become a Demon in Slayers 2, you need to get -40 Reputation and then talk to Muzan. Once you talk to Muzan, he’ll give you a two-part quest. Complete that quest, and you will get an item that you can consume to become a Demon.
Read on to learn how to get negative reputation, where to find Muzan, and how to complete his quests.
How to Get Negative Reputation in Slayers 2

There are two ways to get negative Reputation in Slayers 2:
- Kill Civilians: Kill NPCs that have the Civilian text above their heads to earn negative Reputation in Slayers 2. 1 Civilian kill gives -1 Reputation. To get the required amount of negative Reputation for becoming a Demon, you’ll have to kill 40 Civilians.
- Kill other players: You can also earn negative Reputation by killing other players. When you kill higher-level players, you earn more negative Reputation.
All Muzan Spawn Locations in Slayers 2
Muzan can spawn in three different locations on the map. We’ve highlighted all those locations below, along with an image of the map showing the exact locations.
Important: Muzan only spawns at nighttime. You won’t find him in any of the locations during the day.
Muzan Spawn Location 1 - Mistfall Harbor
Mistfall Harbor is the closest area to the main spawn location and also one of the most common spawn locations for Muzan. To find Muzan in the Mistfall Harbor area, check out the area around the Ginzo NPC.
Muzan will often spawn in the open area in front of the Ginzo NPC and then walk up or down the ramps to go to the upper and lower areas of the Harbor.
The image below highlights the exact area so you can place a marker and find Muzan easily:

Muzan Spawn Location 2 - Iceveil Valley
In the Iceveil Valley, Muzan will spawn around the Tengai Boss spawn area (near the Clothing Shop of Iceveil Valley). You can easily locate him coming down the ramp to the left of the Clothing Shop.
The image below shows the exact spot you need to go to.

Note: Make sure you bring an Emberheart Lantern when going to Iceveil Valley, or you’ll take continuous damage (due to cold/snow).
Muzan Spawn Location 3 - Hidden Mist Village
The area on the right side of the map, covered in white, is the Hidden Mist Village. In Hidden Mist Village, go to the centre of the Village and then jump down into the fog to find the actual hidden village.
In the hidden village, you’ll see multiple wooden pathways. Muzan can spawn on the pathway at the bottom.
Set a marker to the exact location pointed to in the image below to see Muzan’s spawn location in the Hidden Mist Village:

How to Get Spider Lilies in Slayers 2

Spider Lilies spawn in all areas of the map during nighttime. To complete Muzan’s Quest, you need to collect 9 Spider Lilies. The best location to collect the required amount of Spider Lilies as quickly as possible is around the lake in the Bamboo Grove area.
Pick up all the Spider Lilies you see, and then wait a few seconds for the Spider Lilies to respawn if you haven’t got all nine.
Where is Dr. Higoshima in Slayers 2

When you start Muzan’s Quest, a red marker (triangle-shaped) will appear on your screen. Just follow the marker to find Dr. Higoshima. If the marker does not appear for you, set a marker yourself on the location that we’ve highlighted in the image below (Hidden Mist Village).
As soon as you capture Dr. Higoshima, multiple enemies will spawn around you and try to kill you. There's no point in fighting and defeating these enemies because they will just keep respawning. The best strategy is to keep moving, dodge any attacks that you can, and deliver Dr. Higoshima to the required location as quickly as possible.
Note: Dr. Higoshima will only appear on the spawn location at nighttime.
Once you deliver Dr. Higoshima to the required location, you’ll complete Muzan’s Quest and get Muzan’s Blood. Now, you just have to drink Muzan’s Blood to become a Demon in Slayers 2.
After you become a Demon, you either have to stay in the shadows or get Sun Immunity. If you don’t, you’ll take burn damage every time you step into the sun. Read on to learn how to get Sun Immunity.
