With the clear prioritization that's consistently being put on perfecting 13+ features (such as voice chat and facial tracking), and the introduction and implementation of 17+ experiences, many younger players have begun to feel left out of (and behind) Roblox's fast-moving innovation train. For this reason, the desperation to find any method to bypass Roblox's age restrictions on the platform is constantly growing, and players have become willing to do just about anything to be free of them. So, is there actually a way to change your age on Roblox? Unfortunately, you're probably not going to like my answer.
How to change your birthday on Roblox (under 13)
Changing your birthday on Roblox is surprisingly simple, and can be done in just a few short steps—if your account is already set to 13+. If when you created your Roblox account, you used a birthday that would make you under the age of 13, and you're still under the age of 13, there is unfortunately no way to manually alter your birthday/age. As stated on the official Roblox support page, "Roblox is committed to providing safety and privacy protection for [their] users. For this reason, and because of COPPA regulations, users under the age of 13 cannot change their age setting."
Even if you mistakenly set your age to just a year younger than you actually are (making your account a children's account), there is no way to correct this change—you'll have to wait the entire year for your account to age out of this setting. If you really want to, you can try contacting Roblox support and explaining the issue, but it's highly unlikely that anything will be done, even if you provide sufficient documentation that shows you're over the age of 13. If, for whatever reason, you change the birthday associated with your account from 13+ to a year that would make you under 13, there is no way to revert this change—your account will be permanently child locked until it ages out.

How to change your birthday on Roblox (13+)
If you're over the age of 13, changing your birthday on Roblox is as easy as clicking a few buttons—assuming you haven't already verified it. To change your birthday on PC, open the Roblox website and head to your account settings by selecting the Cog icon and then selecting Settings. From here, you should automatically be taken to the Account Settings page, where you can find your birthday listed under the Personal heading. Simply select the month, day, or year you want to change, and then select Save when you're finished—doing so should save your new birthday.
If you've already submitted your birthday and have verified it using Roblox's ID verification feature, you won't be able to change your birthday, as Roblox knows it's already correct based on your previously approved documentation. You could again try contacting Roblox support about getting this changed, but it may be lengthly process, or one that Roblox denies altogether.

How to change your birthday on Roblox mobile
Changing your birthday in the Roblox app comes with the same stipulations that the PC has—your account must already be set to over the age of 13, and you must not be ID verified. If both of these requirements have been met, you can adjust your birthday by following the steps above.
How to change your birthday on Roblox on Xbox
There is no way to change any personal information on the Xbox version of Roblox—you must use the Roblox website or app to make any actual account adjustments.
