How to fix Roblox Error Code 268 ‘Kicked Due to Unexpected Client Behavior’

One of the most common errors faced by several Roblox players around the globe is the Roblox Error code 268: Kicked Due To Unexpected Client Behavior. From the error screen, you can easily identify that the problem is due to the abnormal functioning of the Roblox application on the user's PC. To fix the error at hand, you can either update the Roblox Client or run the Client with appropriate admin privileges.

How to Fix Roblox Error Code 268

As mentioned earlier, there are two popular solutions for fixing the Roblox Error Code 268.

  • Re-install the Roblox Client: The most common solution for the error is to re-install your Roblox Client. Uninstall the current Roblox Client on your PC by visiting the Add or remove programs section. Log in to your active account through a web browser and click on the play button under any game. The server will download a new version of the Roblox Client application on your PC. Click on the downloaded RobloxPlayerLauncher.exe and run it to install the application. 
  • Admin Privileges: Sometimes, the Roblox application may show the given error out if the game demands some resources that can only be made available to the application with Admin Privileges. Right-click on the Roblox Player and Open properties. Under the compatibility section, check the "Run this program as an administrator" checkbox.
