How to fly in Roblox Brookhaven?

Fly around Brookhaven!

Though flying, like many other discoverable features in Brookhaven, wasn't added intentionally by the developers, it does exist and can be done by anyone! The process requires a few tricky steps and may take a minute or two to get set up, but once it's done correctly you'll be able to fly anywhere. For a brief breakdown of these steps, continue reading below.

Flying in Brookhaven

The first step in flying is shrinking your Robloxian. This can be done by accessing the in-game avatar editor and clicking the sliding bars icon. From this menu, click the minus button until the number says 0.5.

Now, approach the fountain that sits in the middle of the spawn area and open your Emote menu by clicking on the sitting icon on the right side of the screen. If you're struggling to find the fountain, you can reset your character from the experience menu to instantly teleport to it.

Once you reach it, walk as close as possible to the base. After a few seconds your character should begin to glitch—almost appearing as if they're struggling to stand or trying to swim.

These next two steps require a bit of speed, so get ready to click quickly! As soon as your character begins to glitch and lie down like in the image above, press the Hurt emote. Your avatar will continue to glitch and may even flip upside down—this is normal.

The next step is to quickly deselect the Hurt emote and point your camera to the sky. If done correctly, your avatar should now be flying, or sky swimming, in whichever direction your camera is pointed. Due to this being a glitch, it can be difficult to see where you're going as the camera needs to be constantly pointed in the air.

As you fly around Brookhaven, the Emote menu will need to stay open and the spacebar cannot be pressed. Closing the Emote menu or pressing the spacebar will cause your character to stop flying. We captured the screenshot below by flying to the top of the Brookhaven arch—let us know in the comments how you've used this glitch!
