If you are trying to learn the Sanguine Art Fighting Style, you must have a Cold Heart item in your inventory to start training with the Shafi NPC located at the central part of the Tiki Outpost.
Many people don't know that the Cold Heart is nothing but a Leviathan Heart that can be obtained after slaying a Leviathan in the Frozen Dimension. You can then pull the Cold Heart using the onboard harpoon of a Beast Hunter ship to the Tiki Outpost shore.
How to Summon a Leviathan in Blox Fruits
To summon a Leviathan, you must fulfill two criteria.
- The Leviathan should be present in the sea.
- Reach the Frozen Dimension and speak with the Frozen Watcher.
How to Craft a Beast Hunter Ship
Take the following materials to the Beast Hunter NPC on the Tiki Outpost Island to craft a Beast Hunter Ship.

When is the Leviathan available to hunt?
The Leviathan is not available all the time. Bribe the Spy NPC using fragments on the rooftop of the central building in the Tiki Outpost Island. Keep revisiting the NPC and pay him until he says the Leviathan has appeared or is out there in the sea.
Once you receive such a message, jump on the Beast Hunter ship and head towards the Threat Level 6 area section. Keep moving further in the southern direction until you find the Frozen Dimension. It will take anywhere from 40 to 60 minutes of continuous sailing to reach the location. After landing on the island, interact with the Frozen Watcher and choose the Very Well option to start the battle. Defeat the Leviathan to get the Cold Heart.
Use the harpoon on your Beast Hunter ship to attach the Cold Heart to the ship. Navigate back to the shore, and you will find the Cold Heart item available in your inventory as soon as you touch the Tiki Outpost.
Remember, Leviathan is a raid boss. So, bring a big party with five or more players to eliminate the beast quickly.
