Unfortunately, JIO (Over Heaven) was only available during the 2022/2023 Christmas Event, and can no longer be obtained. When this event was active, players could receive JIO (Over Heaven) upon opening the Frozen Star, making this unit the only secret one in the history of Anime Adventures that could be obtained from an event star. At the time of this article's publication, JIO (Over Heaven) is one of the rarest units in the entirety of Anime Adventures, if not the rarest, with an estimated pull chance of 1 in 200,000 or less.
