After months of dormancy (nearly 12 to be exact, but who's counting), Microsoft Rewards has reintroduced its free item campaign that allows players to earn a limited-time avatar item each time they use their Microsoft Rewards to redeem a Roblox Robux gift card. This item, the Plasma Wings, is available for an unknown amount of time, so if you're interested in unlocking it, be sure to follow along with my brief guide below that explains what Microsoft Rewards are, how they work, and how to redeem the Plasma Wings with them, before it's too late.

What is Microsoft Rewards?

Microsoft Rewards is a 100% trusted and free service that allows users to complete surveys, play games, and utilize search queries to earn Microsoft Points. These points, once built up, can then be donated to various causes and charities, or used to purchase gift cards from a handful of stores, including Roblox. A list of specific prizes that can be redeemed with Microsoft Points can be found below.

• Video game currency/items (Roblox Robux, League of Legends RP, Hextech Chests, and Hextech Keys, Overwatch Coins, Minecoins)

How to get a Roblox gift card using Microsoft Rewards

To redeem your Microsoft Points for Robux, head to the Microsoft Rewards website and select the Redeem tab from the top of your screen, underneath where your total amount of Microsoft Points are listed.

Then, scroll down until you see the Roblox logo. When you find it, click on its blue link to be taken to the Roblox/Microsoft Rewards subpage.

Now, simply select the amount of Robux you want to redeem/points you want to use and select Redeem Points. At the time of this article's publication, only the 800 Robux for 12,000 Microsoft Points and 1,000 Robux for 15,000 Microsoft Points options are available.

After redeeming your gift card, enter your digital code on Roblox's Redeem page. Upon doing so, you should be given your reward.

How to earn Microsoft Points

To begin earn Microsoft Points, you'll first need to create a free Microsoft Rewards account, or login using an existing Microsoft email and password. Once you've done this, you'll be taken to the Microsoft Rewards home page—here you will find a list of daily challenges to complete that will help get you started earning points.
