Players can get the Record Breaker Rod in Fisch by finishing two quests offered by the Tyrce NPC inside the Underground Music Venue. These quests revolve around catching multiple fish with specific mutations/attributes. The Record Breaker Rod provides the Rewind Mutation and a whole lot of buffs during the Locked In phase.
Besides the Xorcist Rod, the other most challenging Rod to get from the Underground Music Venue is the Record Breaker. Why? Well, like the Exorcist, it also requires you to complete multiple quests to add it to your equipment list. So, if you are wondering how to start the quest or finish its various parts, here's a full guide.
How to meet the Tyrce NPC in Fisch
To start the Record Breaker Rod, you must meet the Tyrce NPC inside the Underground Music Venue. He will be towards the left side of the stage, right below the staircase. Meet with him to start the Record Breaker Rod quest.
If you haven't unlocked the Underground Music Venue, jump into a Mysterious Pool to reach the Vertigo. Here, complete the entire Vertigo Bestiary and obtain the Depth's Key to enter the Depth's POI. Go to the cave tunnel at GPS (X: 1100, Y: -700, Z: 1400) to reach Crystal Cove. Place a Chaotic Enchanted Relic on top of the white crystal in the center to open the trapdoor at the edge of the place. Enter through the door to reach the Underground Music Venue.
All Record Breaker Rod Quests & How to finish them
As mentioned earlier, you must finish a list of quests to get the Record Breaker. I've listed them all, along with the fastest way to finish them.
Quest 1 - Getting Started

| Catch and return 5 Electrified Scrap Metal | You can catch Scrap Metal during the daytime in areas like the Mineshaft, The Depths, Crystal Cove, or Collapsed Ruins. Use Zeus's Thundermaul during the Electrified State to get the Electrified Mutation on all these Scrap metals |
| Obtain 1 Shiny Infernal Fragment | There is a 5% chance to get the Infernal Fragment via Crab Cage Mining inside the Scoria Mines. Once you have a Infernal Fragment, take it to the Appraiser until you get the Shiny attribute. |

After you finish both quests, you will receive the Record Breaker Rod. However, this is the restricted version, and to enjoy the full benefits, you must unlock it. To do so, complete the following tasks.

The Locked In is a phase players can enter by earning 7 Points in the Record Breaker Mini-Game, where a Vinyl Disc appears, and you must click at the exact moment the white bar is under the purple or yellow zone—the purple zone awards 1 point, while the yellow zone awards 2.
