If you are a Soul Reaper, the Vizard is not just a goal but a crucial symbol of your progress in Project Mugetsu. Obtaining it is a significant milestone in your journey. To help you achieve this, here is a step-by-step guide on how to get Vizard quickly without wasting time.
Project Mugetsu Vizard Guide
To become a Vizard in Project Mugetsu, you must find Hogyoku Fragment and consume them.
How to get Hogyoku Fragments in Project Mugetsu
- Playing Ranked Matches: The best way to get Hogyoku Fragment is to receive it as a drop reward for winning ranked matches. So, keep playing ranked matches to get a shot at winning the Hogyoku Fragment.
- Exploring the map: The Hogyoku Fragment spawns randomly on various parts of the town, like the Railway Station Entrance, School Buildings, and the park area of Karakura Town, every 30 minutes. As soon as you see a server notification for it, start searching for a bright blue-colored object. It is hard to find one due to randomness and competition from others. The only way to make this feasible is to grind on a private server or use the Hogyoku Notifier (this premium feature will show you the location of Hogyoku Fragment in the game).
- Trading: If all else fails, you can trade for the item with other players on the Project Mugetsu Discord Server. Look for potential sellers from the group and execute a trade if you feel confident about the transaction. This can be a convenient way to obtain Hogyoku Fragments if you're still looking for them through other means.
Once you get a Hogyoku Fragment, the next step is to consume it. Equip the Fragment in your inventory and use it to transform into a Vizard. Such a transformation is less than 5% rare, so keep farming Hogyoku Fragments and consuming them to become a Vizard. Remember, you can only consume a Hogyoku Fragment as a max-level Soul Reaper (Level 250).
All Vizard Buffs in Project Mugetsu
After becoming a Vizard, you will get the following perks and buffs for your base character.
- Restore all the Reiatsu
- Fills Ignition bar by 50%
- Increase your health pool by 35%
- 30% Damage Buff
- 40% Damage Reduction
- 15% Health Regeneration (passively over time)
- Slight Speed Buff
- Restore all the Reiatsu
- Gain Vizard Jero (Press J or D-Pad Up to use)
Though all the buffs are useful for PVP and PVE fights, I mainly love the damage reduction and health regeneration buffs because they are instrumental in countering other race classes like Quincy or Arrancar, who are powerful after the update. I also like the Slight Speed Buff, which helps reposition during fights and is incredibly viable in escaping against mobs in Clan Wars.
Also noteworthy is the Jero Ability, which allows players to spray a laser-like ability on their enemies; this lethal move can stun your opponent and chip off a vast part of the health pool. I recommend using it at the start of the fight to show your aggression or when you need an opening.
