Who is the Pumpkin King in Fisch?
The Pumpkin King is an NPC introduced during the 2025 FischFright Event. He remains in his yard, filled with Pumpkins + Tombstones, and sleeps during the day while standing at night. He does not speak with anyone at any specific time, weather, season, or while holding any particular item. Why? Well, the gossip and rumors around the community are that the Pumpkin King is part of the next FischFright Part 2 Update, which will release next week. He will be part of a larger quest during the second week of Halloween Event and might be linked to opening a secret room with another set of new fish and an entirely new beastiary. However, these are just rumors and gossip, and we have to wait until the developers say anything about the Pumpkin King.
When is the next Fisch Update?
Though there is no officially scheduled update for Fisch at the moment, based on previous update release patterns and the Halloween Season, we can easily predict that there will be an official update on 25 October 2025 - Saturday. This should be the FischFright 2 Update for this year, and will continue the Halloween celebration with NPCs like the Pumpking King.
